JOB SUMMARY
The Route Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily work of Route Drivers. This position also serves as back up to Route Drivers and Warehouse Employees
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Ensure all Route Drivers are loaded and ready to start routes on time each morning.</li><li>
Ensure drivers rotate product regularly and manage par levels.</li><li>
Perform at least four quality control checks per route each month.</li><li>
Work with Branch Manager to maximize route efficiency.</li><li>
Oversee daily pulling of products and guarantee warehouse pulls are made so routes are ready for the next workday.</li><li>
Collaborate with Customer Service team in overseeing daily field operations.</li><li>
Oversee proper completion of all end of day paperwork by Route Drivers.</li><li>
Make sure warehouse is kept clean and tidy.</li><li>
Ensure all trucks are kept clean (inside and out), organized, and routinely maintained. Address vehicle problems and repairs, as needed. Maintain security of company vehicles and equipment.</li><li>
Provide route relief during vacations, extended leaves, or other absences.</li><li>
Keep Branch Manager informed of parts and equipment needs.</li><li>
Address any problems between employees and promptly escalate significant employee or customer issues to management.</li><li>
Comply with and enforce all FirstChoice policies and procedures, including but not limited to those contained in the Company&rsquo;s Employee Handbook.</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>

Requirements:

What you&rsquo;ll bring &ndash; The Person:<ul><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License for at least 2 years</li><li>
Past driving experience preferred</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li></ul>
