Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Purchase Manager to oversee the company&rsquo;s procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and cost control&mdash;preferably within the dairy, automation, or manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities&middot; Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet operational and project requirements.&middot; Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for machinery, equipment, and consumables.&middot; Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality or timelines.&middot; Coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.&middot; Monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels; collaborate with stores and logistics for efficient stock control.&middot; Evaluate supplier performance and ensure adherence to company standards.&middot; Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate records through ERP systems.&middot; Stay updated with market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new sourcing opportunities.Qualifications &amp; Experience&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).&middot; 5&ndash;7 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in dairy or automation industries.&middot; Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing, commercial terms, and technical specifications.&middot; Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.&middot; Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.&middot; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Additional Information&middot; Joining: Immediate joiner preferred&middot; Industry Preference: Dairy, Process Automation, ManufacturingDairy Automation Pvt.
