Location: Southwest of Fargo, North Dakota 
Pay: $20&ndash;$23/hour

We&rsquo;re looking for great people who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in creating exceptional custom pieces. This role focuses on assembly, fabrication, and preparation for delivery, with occasional assistance in transporting products.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Assemble, fabricate, and package custom millwork and cabinetry</li><li>
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings</li><li>
Use woodworking tools and equipment safely and effectively</li><li>
Collaborate with craftsmen to ensure products meet quality standards</li><li>
Occasionally assist with deliveries using trucks and trailers</li><li>
Maintain an organized and efficient workspace</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork construction preferred</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship</li><li>
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings</li><li>
Comfortable lifting and handling materials</li><li>
Team-oriented with strong communication skills</li><li>
Forklift experience a plus, but not required</li></ul>
