<div>Responsible for providing maintenance to industrial equipment. Ensures the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. Includes installing new equipment, performing preventative maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns in a manufacturing and production setting.
Job Summary:<ul><li>
Performs preventative maintenance for production equipment.</li><li>
Services and maintains all equipment. Including but not limited to, welding machine, trolley systems, CNC machinery, overhead crane systems and other plant related machinery.</li><li>
Inspects and assesses the functionality of plant machinery.</li><li>
Troubleshoots mechanical breakdowns. Escalates issues to plant management team.</li><li>
Conducts routine and preventative maintenance and safety checks.</li><li>
Communicates with the production team and maintains a safe and sanitary work environment.</li><li>
Prepares, submits, and maintains reports as needed.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Previous work experience in an Industrial Maintenance Position</li><li>
Experience with 110V single phase to 440V 3phase equipment.</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.</li><li>
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.</li><li>
Excellent troubleshooting skills.</li><li>
Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively in written or verbal form.</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.</li><li>
Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 40+ pounds.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li></ul>
Preference of:<ul><li>
Weld Shop maintenance experience</li><li>
Machine Shop maintenance experience (CNC)</li><li>
Powder coat ovens and systems.</li><li>
Electrical experience with 110V single phase to 440V 3phase.</li></ul>
