When will I work?</b></div><ul><li>
Most of your work will be Sunday &ndash; Thursday during normal business hours.</li><li>
Some last-minute scheduling happens at times to meet our customer needs when an unexpected repair or event happens. Your schedule may vary and will include some nights and weekends depending on business. needs. Your office will be in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.</li><li>
You will travel to customer sites within your regional area. You may also travel nationwide or internationally depending on business needs. Most of the travel will be throughout the Middle East, West/Central Asia, and Africa. On-site work can vary by location and from day to day. One day you might work inside a control room, the next day you might be outside on a lift or ladder working with a video display.</li><li>
When you aren&rsquo;t working on a customer site, you will work from your office to remotely support our customers.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What will work look like for me?
</b></div><div>Our Field Service Engineers provide phone, remote, and on-site support for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Daktronics products.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Onsite Support</b> consists of supporting Daktronics equipment and end customers where the equipment is located. This work will primarily focus on:</div><ul><li>
Providing service, installation, or support during an event at a customer site.</li><li>
Providing on-site technical and maintenance services for Control Systems and Display Systems.</li><li>
Leveraging your knowledge by training our Service Partners.</li><li>
Regularly participating in technical training on new and different products and systems to advance your technical knowledge to support Daktronics Customers.</li><li>
Actively creating and updating knowledge base articles for internal/external use.</li><li>
On-site technical support may include terminating fiber, field repair, testing and system level troubleshooting.</li></ul><div><b>
Remote Support</b> consists of supporting Daktronics equipment and end customers. This work will primarily focus on:</div><ul><li>
Providing technical, over-the-phone support to internal and external customers.
</li><li>Responding to customers&rsquo; requests for technical support primarily through incoming and proactive outbound calls.</li><li>
Providing software application installation/configuration support along with &ldquo;how-to&rdquo; assistance.</li><li>
Troubleshooting and solving basic to sophisticated hardware and software technical issues.</li></ul><div><b>

Relay customer feedback on product performance and features to Customer Service and Engineering, including detailed site reports on installation and service work.</li><li>
Take a proactive approach to the service needs of Daktronics customers.
</li><li>Competently represent Daktronics to customers, in a confident and professional manner.
</li><li>Develop a strong business relationship with key customers in the area. Take key role in service relationships with customers.</li><li>
Become knowledgeable about and follow company procedures.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

</b></h2><div><div><div><div><b>To be considered for Field Service Engineer, we require the following:</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum of an associate degree plus relevant experience. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred. Preferred majors include Electronics Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, A/V Broadcast, or similar program. Will consider non-technical bachelor&rsquo;s degree if applicant also has previous experience demonstrating technical learning ability.</li><li>
Two or more years of experience in a similar role is preferred.</li><li>
Able to work at heights, work from a ladder, and ability to carry ladder/tools/parts from vehicle to work site.</li><li>
Available to work evenings, midnight shifts and/or weekends to support facility event schedule.</li><li>
Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.</li><li>
Ability to travel by air and ground. Valid driver&rsquo;s license and good driving record.
</li><li>Must be willing and able to travel outside of the KSA. The majority of the travel will be throughout the Middle East, West/Central Asia and Africa. Occasional travel will also be required to locations such as the United States, China, and Europe.</li><li>
Must be able to complete work responsibilities with little supervision.</li><li>
Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment.</li><li>
Strong computer skills are necessary. Examples include Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) and Internet navigation.
</li><li>Background check may be conducted.</li><li>
Must have a valid KSA issued driver&rsquo;s license.</li></ul><div><b>

Accurately and timely update information/data into Daktronics software systems and databases.</li><li>
General administrative support to sales and service.</li><li>
Organization and management of employee travel and expense reporting.</li><li>
Answer and direct international sales calls.</li><li>

Print, organize, and mail documents.</li><li>

Complete submittals include printing, stamping, filling and delivering tenders timely.</li><li>

Must be Saudi national.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Global Studies, or related field.</li><li>
Fluent in Arabic. Fluent in English, written and verbal.
</li><li>One (1) or two (2) years of Admin/Sales support experience preferred.</li><li>
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Capable of learning new technology programs.</li><li>
Ability to travel around the kingdom for any sales meetings as needed.</li><li>
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including phone skills.</li><li>
Valid Saudi Arabia Driving license is a plus.</li><li>
