Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Law Intern to support agreement drafting, legal documentation and basic research work. The role includes assisting with legal paperwork, intellectual property documentation and business-related legal tasks.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Help in writing basic agreements like NDAs and MoUs</li><li>Assist with paperwork for utility patents and design patents</li><li>Maintain the organization of legal documents and files</li><li>Prepare simple notes, summaries and basic reports</li><li>Optional: Help review investment-related documents such as term sheets</li><li>Optional: Assist with simple tasks related to company shares and basic company rules</li><li>Work with team members or outside legal professionals when needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Pursuing or completed LL. The role involves assisting with recruitment, document preparation and maintaining employee-related records.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft and publish job descriptions across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and social media</li><li>Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate candidates for subsequent interview rounds</li><li>Prepare HR documents including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Consultant Agreements and Intern Letters</li><li>Assist in drafting and managing NDAs and other basic HR-related documents</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and the internal HR database</li><li>Support day-to-day recruitment and HR administrative activities</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and basic organizational tools</li><li>Ability to handle tasks responsibly and maintain confidentiality</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsWork Location: In person
