<div>Quantity Surveyor (Pre Contracts) - Noida - India
Key Accountabilities
<ul><li>Carry out Quantity Surveying tasks on assigned projects.
</li><li>Bill of Quantities preparation, value engineering and cost management for assigned projects as may be necessary
</li><li>Tracking of procurement to ensure tender packages have been prepared and contract awards have been made for all elements of assigned projects
</li><li>Support the overview of the quality, level of coordination and completeness of the documents (Bill of Quantities and general conditions of contracts) for contractor tender documents and support the commercial department in procuring the most suitable contractors and suppliers.
</li><li>Receive invoices from contractors, suppliers and consultants contracted by direct works order, review contents and process interim payment certificates
</li><li>Carry out regular site inspections of works progress and quality compliance verification documentation
</li><li>Support coordination with Design Managers and Project Managers for appropriate resolution of QS issues.
</li><li>Prepare project costs, cash flow and QS reports including estimating reports, cost reports, cost trend reports, variance reports, status of final account, etc.
</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualification
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
</li></ul>Minimum Experience
<ul><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in Real Estate Developer / Construction Company.
</li></ul>Candidate should be willing to Travel or relocate to Noida</div>

Senior Quantity Surveyor

<div>Job Responsibilities
Post Contract
<ul><li>Ensure all documentation in-terms of advances, payment guarantees, bonds etc. are reviewed on submission.
</li><li>Ensure monthly interim payments and all substantiation documentations are submitted in-order.
</li><li>Review and process interim payment certification in line with our required business timelines.
</li><li>Review variations / claims submissions and prepare the required substantiation to approve / reject as required
</li><li>Ensure construction / projects budgets are updated as per the payment certification and variations
</li><li>Finalize variations and ensure sub-contractor final accounts.
</li><li>Finalize main works contractor accounts.
</li></ul>Experience and Qualification
<ul><li>9+ years of relevant experience either as part of the Contractor, Cost Consultants, Developer
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering, (Civil, Structural preferably) / Quantity Surveying, Construction Management</li></ul></div>

Quantity Surveyor

<div><ul><li>Fully achieve monthly lead collection targets as given by the stands manager
</li><li>Ensure quality leads per shift based on business needs
</li><li>Communicate efficiently to potential clients thereby increasing chance of closure
</li><li>Promoting different DAMAC projects/ events/ promotions and Leads collection at different stand locations
</li><li>Ensure full adherence to the stand operation requirements, stand cleanliness and positive attitude at all times
</li><li>Achieve monthly tour target set by manager
</li><li>Follow up diligently and arrange tours with interested clients
</li><li>To ensure flexibility and availability in line with Business requirements
</li><li>Keep updated on all new products and promotions
</li><li>Always be prompt for shift timings as a courtesy to colleagues
</li><li>As a Damac brand ambassador, always be immaculate and engaging
</li><li>Attend all mandatory company training sessions and team meetings, as directed by stand manager.</li></ul></div>
