</p><ul><li>Manage the preparation and recommend the department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring all sectional activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.

</p><ul><li>Manage and ensure effective implementation of department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
</li><li>Contribute the evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of an effective planning system for use in construction projects on a regular basis.
</li></ul><p>Operational Planning
</p><ul><li>Establish master program for the project from launch until handover
</li><li>Set deliverable targets for all departmental tasks to ensure project timeline is on track
</li><li>Coordinate with all department heads to obtain signoff on master program
</li><li>Partake in consultant/contractor selection process to ensure durations are reasonable and as per master program
</li><li>Supervise review and approval process of contractor baseline programs
</li><li>Establish reporting system for various consultant and contractor reports
</li><li>Periodic monitoring of contractor and consultant progress, advising and directing mitigation measures, and instructing actions to be taken as per contract conditions
</li><li>Negotiating methodologies, procedures and evaluations of any time variation claims submitted by vendors
</li><li>Ensuring all internal reports and system updates are being accurately issued in a timely manner
</li><li>Establish and enforce project planning and management to mitigate risks and ensure that all initiatives implemented are being managed as per the highest project management standards and agreed key performance indicators (KPIs)
</li><li>Manage PMO related issues and escalate issues (if required) to ensure smooth execution of the project portfolio.

</p><p>6 to 15 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate, hospitality sector including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.</p></div>

</li><li>Proven experience (6-8 years) managing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and/or conversions.
</li><li>Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Snapchat Ads
</li><li>Firsthand experience with campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting

Manager-Performance Marketing

</li><li>Handling banks' KYC requirements.
</li><li>Handling KYC for PE Investments.
</li><li>Updating PE Values based on the NAV of the PE funds for reporting.
</li><li>Downloading bank statements and updating investment bank balances
</li><li>Downloading capital call notices, investors presentations, K1 &ndash; Tax forms, from the PE fund portals
</li><li>Raising Internal Office Memos for Management approvals to process Capital Call notices.
</li><li>Updating cash position for various investment accounts

Analyst-Corporate Finance & Treasury

<div><p>Fundamental Duties:
</p><p>Pre-Tender Phase
</p><ul><li>Tailor a project-specific integrated Master Programme in Coordination with all relevant Parties, and submit to the line manager for review and approval.
</li><li>Propose, record and plan actions with the Design Manager and Project Lead to pursue areas of concern, anticipate consequences &amp; delays, recovery of such delays and continuous updates.
</li><li>Develop a pretender risk register in consultation with the Project Lead and relevant departments, and continue to consult and update as required throughout all project phases for use as a tool by PMT in responding to potential and actual project risks.
</li><li>Ensure integration between Project Master Programme and Lead Consultant Programme.
</li><li>In order to ensure accuracy, capturing areas of concern of the Consultant and escalating as required.
</li><li>Develop, maintain and update a project procurement tracker for all project procurement packages allocated in accordance with the approved Procurement Strategy, and in line with delivery dates in the Project Master Programme and the Lead Consultant Programme.
</li></ul><p>Tender and Appointment Phase
</p><ul><li>Monitor the entire bidding and procurement progress to ensure alignment with the agreed Procurement Tracker dates.
</li><li>Evaluate and comment on the bidders' tender programmes during tender evaluation and negotiation.
</li></ul><p>Post Tender Execution and Delivery Phase
</p><ul><li>Administer the process of review and approval of the Contractor's baseline programme and Provide comments, and advise the Engineer and Project Lead in this regard.
</li><li>Ensure integration between Project Master Programme and Contractor's baseline Programme, and subsequent programme updates/revisions.
</li><li>Review, control, and monitor the programme of works submitted by Contractors, establish periodic reviews of project baselines and updates, delay forecasts, mitigation measures and recovery programmes, and assist in meeting project deadlines and targets.
</li><li>Compile all necessary contemporary records and relevant information to facilitate the evaluation by the Planning manager of any Contractor's claims for extension of time under the Contract while Consult with the Project Lead
</li><li>Liaise with the project QS to ensure consistency between Interim Payment Certificates and current site progress and to prepare and maintain project cash-flow projections based on site progress.
</li><li>Attend site progress meetings and site inspections as required to monitor and control progress of execution and log current and potential project risks.
</li><li>Update and maintain Procurement Tracker to ensure alignment with Contractor's approved programme and track all remaining procurement packages and PC items to be appointed post-tender and ensure compliance.
</li></ul><p>Administer periodic visits to site by RERA, and liaise with relevant company departments, Planning Manager and Project Lead regarding such visits to ensure the cash call milestones are accomplished.
</p><p>Minimum Qualification
</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture.
</li><li>Data Centre Experience is mandatory
</li></ul><p>Minimum Experience
 </p><p>Minimum 4 - 8 years of relevant Experience.</p></div>
