 Role Overview
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Head of Operations &ndash; India will be responsible for driving operational excellence, people effectiveness, and scalable delivery across Achieva&rsquo;s India operations. This leader will oversee multi-location teams (Pune, Faridabad) supporting Salesforce project delivery and product engineering, while building strong HR processes, performance frameworks, and a culture of accountability, growth, and motivation.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role is critical in ensuring that Achieva&rsquo;s India teams operate with startup agility and enterprise-grade discipline.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Operations &amp; Delivery Excellence
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own day-to-day operations across India delivery centers (Pune &amp; Faridabad)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure efficient utilization, delivery quality, and on-time execution across client projects and product development
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and monitor operational KPIs (utilization, delivery health, productivity, margins)
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, and governance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 People &amp; Performance Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage Salesforce developers, product teams, and delivery managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Define clear role expectations, KPIs, and performance frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Enable career growth, skill development, and leadership readiness within teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with leadership to support team scaling and succession planning
 </li>

 HR, Culture &amp; Engagement
 
 
 <ul>

 Ensure strong HR policies, hiring, compensation planning, compliance, and operational hygiene
 </li>
 <li>
 Introduce and manage Rewards &amp; Recognition programs to motivate high performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a culture of transparency, ownership, collaboration, and learning
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a trusted point of contact for employee engagement and issue resolution
 </li>

 Financial &amp; Governance Oversight

 Support forecasting, capacity planning, and cost optimization
 </li>

 Partner with finance and leadership on delivery margins and operational planning
 </li>

 Ensure governance rigor across delivery, staffing, and reporting
 </li>

 Leadership &amp; Collaboration

 Serve as a key leadership bridge between India teams and global leadership

 Ideal Candidate Profile
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 14 &ndash; 20 years of experience in Operations, PMO, or Delivery Leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing multi-team, multi-location delivery organizations
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in governance, KPIs, utilization, performance management
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with Salesforce, digital, or enterprise technology teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on leader with a people-first yet metrics-driven mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable operating in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments
 </li>
