This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office and legal skills while contributing to a positive and efficient workplace environment.Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer multi-line phone system, transfer calls, retrieve and transfer voicemails, and handle cold calls, visiting clients, deliveries and parking validation.</li><li>Communicate effectively and professionally with callers, clients, courts, and government agencies, and ensure confidentiality at all times.</li><li>Keep track of employees in and out of the office, and assist with various administrative duties, such as scanning, data entry, and mail outs.</li><li>Follow instructions and procedures with the ability to multitask.</li><li>Punctuality and good attendance.</li><li>Basic office skills such as knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel</li><li>Typing speed of at least 40-45wpm.</li><li>Great attitude and willingness to learn.</li><li>Possess the capacity to deal with a multitude of personalities.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills, including professional and polite phone etiquette.</li><li>Capability of working collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.</li><li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.</li><li>Adept in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizational skills in both independent and collaborative environments.</li><li>Ability to adhere to established protocols and procedures, receive constructive feedback and direction, and comply with established directives.</li><li>Punctuality with a strong attendance record.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - Word, Outlook, and Excel.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li></ul>Work Schedule:This is a full-time, non-exempt position adhering to a Monday through Friday work schedule of 7:30am to 4:30pm, with two 10-minute breaks, and a lunch hour set at 11:30am-12:30pm. All work will be performed in a secure, office setting.
