Overview: We&rsquo;re seeking a dedicated and experienced professional from the fishing industry to serve as a true on-water and on-land field specialist for our brand. This role blends hands-on field work, community engagement, and brand representation through tournaments, events, and all other grassroots involvement. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable running a boat, telling authentic fishing stories, building relationships, working in the office as needed, customer service and supporting our marketing initiatives. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life across campaigns, events, and media, ensuring our presence in the fishing community is strong, credible, and impactful.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Represent our brand at tournaments, trade shows, community events, and on the water</li><li>Operate and trailer company boat safely and responsibly</li><li>Assist with fishing tournaments (competing, supporting teams, or event operations)</li><li>Build strong relationships with anglers, partners, and the local fishing community</li><li>Help with product demos, event setup/breakdown, and heavy lifting when needed</li><li>Travel frequently to events, often working long or irregular hours</li><li>Share authentic fishing content, experiences, and updates from the field</li><li>Assist in marketing efforts by collaborating with the Marketing Manager to develop and support campaigns, content initiatives, and brand storytelling</li></ul>When Not Traveling / In-Office Responsibilities When not in the field, this position supports the internal team with key operational and marketing tasks to keep our brand running smoothly. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Assisting with customer service inquiries and dealer communication</li><li>Entering and tracking sales orders as needed</li><li>Supporting marketing efforts through content coordination, product organization, and social/media prep</li><li>Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams on launch timelines, promotions, and event planning</li><li>Helping with general office duties to ensure seamless day-to-day operations</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Proven experience working in the fishing industry &mdash; not just recreational fishing</li><li>Strong understanding of both saltwater and freshwater fishing dynamics</li><li>Deep passion for fishing, boating, and the outdoors</li><li>Comfortable running and trailering boats of various sizes</li><li>Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable engaging with people at events</li><li>Physically able to lift and move heavy equipment</li><li>Flexible schedule &mdash; willing to work evenings, weekends, and long days when needed</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li><li>Skilled in DSLR photography and video editing (on-water and studio)</li><li>Creative abilities in marketing, with an eye for content that connects with fishing communities</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams, contributing ideas and supporting broader brand initiatives</li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or with a team</li><li>U.S. Coast Guard Captain&rsquo;s License preferred (or willingness to obtain); experience taking guests fishing is a strong plus</li></ul><ul><li>Retail Experience</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Full health benefits and 401k after probationary period</li></ul><ul><li>Company vehicle + expenses</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunities to fish tournaments, attend major industry events, and be part of a growing brand in the fishing world</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Travel reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Stuart, FL 34994 (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
