 We are seeking an experienced and people-driven

 . In this role, you&rsquo;ll oversee a team of 500+ skilled CAD/CAM Designers responsible for producing high-quality dental restorations that meet our global standards of excellence.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll own the day-to-day operations of the Egypt site &mdash; managing performance, quality, staffing, and engagement &mdash; while partnering closely with global leaders across Operations, Product, Training, HR, and Engineering. What We Are Looking For
Dandy is looking for a Training Manager to adjust, design and develop innovative training and upskilling solutions. You&rsquo;ll use your training and project management skills to create and edit and organize, existing and new curriculum. You will identify gaps in learning tools, and eLearning platforms. Lead the programs to help keep the design operations running smoothly and consistently throughout multiple sites.
