We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Division Head of Trading to lead our team in the sales and trading of mechanical parts in oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mechanical products and a proven track record of driving sales, managing client relationships, and optimizing procurement and inventory.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Business Development:</li><li>Identify and secure new clients within the oil and gas industry to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new project opportunities, and potential client needs.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.</li><li>Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.</li><li>Client Relationship Management:</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their material needs are met with excellence.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Inventory and Procurement:</li><li>Lead the forecasting of material requirements, including but not limited to pipes, flanges, valves, steel structures, pumps etc.</li><li>Strategically manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for current and future project demands.</li><li>Actively source and procure materials from a global network of suppliers, negotiating competitive rates and ensuring all products meet the required technical specifications.</li><li>Team Leadership:</li><li>Lead, mentor, and motivate the trading division team to foster a high-performance culture.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics and finance, to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.</li><li>Market Analysis:</li><li>Stay aware of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy and identify new opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current Salary package?</li><li>What is your salary expectation?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Oil &amp; Gas: 8 years (Required)</li><li>Qatar: 7 years (Required)</li></ul>

Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure timely and accurate updating of invoices in line with company credit policies and procedures</li><li>Follow up with customers for collections and coordinate with Project Teams to resolve any invoice disputes</li><li>Forecast cash inflows based on receivable trends</li><li>Collaborate with operational finance staff to ensure accurate and timely ERP updates</li><li>Prepare bank guarantees, and maintain and update bank guarantee records</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance or Accounting</li><li>Minimum 4&ndash;5 years of proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Executive or in a similar role</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounts receivable principles, processes, and best practices</li><li>Experience working with accounting software and ERP systems</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
