Role OverviewThe 2D Animator will be responsible for creating engaging animations and motion visuals for digital campaigns, brand films, explainer videos, social media content, and ads. Job SummaryDangura Digital is looking for a skilled and creative 3D Artist to create high-quality 3D models, renders, and animations for branding, advertising, product visualization, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, lighting, materials, and storytelling, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling 3D outputs.Key Responsibilities3D Design &amp; Visualization<ul><li>Create high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and renders for products, environments, and brand visuals</li><li>Develop photorealistic and stylized renders for ads, social media, websites, and presentations</li><li>Execute 3D animations (product explainer, brand films, CGI ads) when required</li></ul>Creative Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with Creative Strategists, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors</li><li>Interpret creative briefs, storyboards, and reference visuals accurately</li><li>Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and CGI concepts</li></ul>Production &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines</li><li>Optimize 3D assets for different platforms (web, social, video, print)</li><li>Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining high quality</li></ul>Technical Execution<ul><li>Set up lighting, shaders, textures, and camera angles</li><li>Handle render optimization and post-processing (compositing, color correction)</li><li>Stay updated with latest 3D trends, tools, and CGI techniques</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; ToolsSoftware Proficiency<ul><li>Blender / Maya / 3ds Max (any one mandatory)</li><li>Cinema 4D (preferred)</li><li>ZBrush (basic to intermediate &ndash; preferred)</li><li>Adobe After Effects &amp; Photoshop (for compositing and post work)</li><li>Rendering engines: Cycles / V-Ray / Redshift / Arnold</li></ul>Technical &amp; Creative Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering</li><li>Good knowledge of materials, reflections, shadows, and realism</li><li>Eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics</li><li>Basic understanding of motion, timing, and animation principles</li></ul>What We Look For<ul><li>Creative thinker with strong visual sense</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment</li><li>Good communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Problem-solver with attention to detail</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹11,871.12 - ₹27,437.16 per monthWork Location: In person
