During rounds, they discuss patient cases, treatment plans, and progress.* Treatment Planning: Based on the patient's condition and test results, junior residents are involved in developing treatment plans and prescribing medications or therapies under the supervision of senior physicians.* Procedures: Junior residents may assist in or perform medical procedures, such as suturing wounds, inserting catheters, administering injections, or conducting simple medical interventions.* Documentation: Accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient medical records is essential.
