Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, payment tracking, invoice processing, data entry, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance for our delivery services business.This role is suitable for someone who is organized, accurate with numbers, familiar with accounting procedures, and able to work in a fast-paced delivery/logistics environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records.</li><li>Prepare, record, and follow up on invoices, bills, and payment receipts.</li><li>Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including supplier payments and customer collections.</li><li>Reconcile cash, bank transactions, petty cash, delivery collections, and rider/driver settlements.</li><li>Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management review.</li><li>Coordinate with operations and HR to verify payments, deductions, invoices, and supporting documents.</li><li>Ensure all accounting files, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents are properly organized and filed.</li><li>Assist in month-end closing, account reconciliations, and audit preparation.</li><li>Support VAT-related documentation and basic compliance requirements as per UAE regulations.</li><li>Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by the Accounts Manager or management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in accounts, finance, or a similar role.</li><li>Experience in a delivery, logistics, transport, or service-based company will be an advantage.</li><li>Good knowledge of basic accounting principles, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic payroll documentation will be preferred.</li><li>Must be fluent in Hindi</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,500.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>accounts assistant: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
