Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our real estate office. The ideal candidate will be originally from India, possess solid accounting experience within the UAE, and be ready to manage day-to-day property accounts.Key Responsibilities 1. Bookkeeping &amp; Day-to-Day Accounts<ul><li>Maintain clean, up-to-date, and accurate financial records using accounting software.</li><li>Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and office expenses.</li><li>Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.</li></ul>2. Receipt Generation &amp; Property Operations<ul><li>Generate, issue, and track official receipts for rent payments, security deposits, and commission fees.</li><li>Manage tenant ledgers, ensuring all incoming payments (cheques, bank transfers, cash) are accurately recorded.</li><li>Monitor rental schedules and follow up on delayed payments or bounced cheques.</li></ul>3. Monthly Property Reports<ul><li>Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports for individual properties (including income statements, expense breakdowns, and collection reports).</li><li>Provide management with clear overviews of monthly revenue and outstanding dues.</li></ul>4. General Accounting Expertise<ul><li>Ensure proper recording of transactions in compliance with UAE VAT guidelines.</li><li>Manage end-of-month closing procedures and maintain well-organized physical and digital financial files.</li></ul>Candidate Profile &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Experience: Proven accounting experience within the UAE, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in standard accounting software and MS Excel.</li><li>Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and UAE real estate transaction flows.</li><li>Clear communication skills in English.</li></ul>Remuneration &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: AED 2,000 per month (Fixed).</li><li>Accommodation: Provided by the company.</li><li>Visa: 2-Year Employment Visa provided by the company.</li><li>Additional Benefits: Medical insurance and benefits as per UAE Labour Law.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per hourWork Location: In person
