 Site Supervision &amp; Inspection
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct daily inspections for structural and civil works related to building projects (foundations, columns, slabs, blockwork, plastering, concrete works, waterproofing, finishing, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all executed works comply with approved architectural and structural drawings, method statements, and material specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor workmanship quality and highlight deviations through site observations and NCRs when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Check formwork, rebar installation, concrete casting activities, and curing processes for structural elements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspect internal and external building finishes and verify adherence to project standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Documentation &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare daily and weekly inspection reports with photographic records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain complete documentation for site inspections, approvals, and technical observations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Resident Engineer in reviewing and commenting on ITPs, material submittals, and method statements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Coordination &amp; Communication
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure timely execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend site progress meetings and report on inspection findings, risks, and delays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with local authorities (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.) as needed for project compliance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Quality, Safety &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure that building works follow UAE Building Codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and relevant international standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that safety requirements are implemented during construction activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify materials delivered to site and ensure they meet project specifications before installation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 7&ndash;8 years of experience in building construction supervision within consultancy or engineering supervision firms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3&ndash;4 years of experience in Dubai on residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use building projects (mandatory).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with DM, DCD, and relevant Dubai authority approvals and standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in mid- to high-rise buildings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of concrete and finishing works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle multiple inspections and meet strict timelines.
 </li>
 </ul>
