Our mission is to empower students to achieve academic excellence and gain admission to top global universities.We are seeking a Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in lead generation to help us attract and convert qualified prospects across the UAE and beyond.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at generating high-quality leads for Dar Aluloom International&rsquo;s education and consultancy services.Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn.Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and copy to maximize conversion rates and ROI.Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/SEM activities to enhance organic visibility.Design and implement email marketing and remarketing campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot (or similar CRMs).Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and upcoming promotions.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitive landscape in the UAE education sector.Requirements:Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably in the education or consultancy industry.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and content marketing.Excellent understanding of target audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and lead nurturing techniques.Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.Strong creative and analytical mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results.Preferred Qualifications:Google Ads and Meta Ads certification.Experience running lead generation campaigns for educational institutions or consultancy services.Familiarity with UAE education market dynamics.What We Offer:Competitive project-based or performance-based compensation.Flexible working hours and remote collaboration.Opportunity to work with a reputable UAE-based educational institution.Creative freedom and measurable impact in driving business growth.Interested candidates can send their portfolio and campaign performance samples to:Email: info@daraluloom.comWeb: www.daraluloom.comWhatsApp/Phone: +971 52 449 5817Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote
