 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 Reporting into the Sales Director this position is responsible for generating and maximizing sales of real estate products through self-generated client leads, broker leads, and company generated leads to meet and exceed the sales targets defined by the management, within the guidelines, standards, corporate and legal governance, to ensure profitability though sales.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities:

 Ensure that sales targets are reached and where possible exceeded, within the agreed period for a particular product.

 Understand and attend to clients&rsquo; needs, providing them with comprehensive information on the best real estate purchase and prices to meet their expectations; advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions according to client requirements to ensure and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

 Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure loyalty, through e.g. meetings, telephone calls, emails, visits, events etc. to improve client awareness and interest in future products.

 <li>
 Present a demo of DarGlobal product ranges to clients when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect information and data on projects in the market, the sales philosophy and approach of competitors. to enable the business development team to leverage on market intelligence.
 </li>

 Coordinate with Marketing team and represent the company in exhibitions and promotional activities of properties.

 will be responsible for providing overall technical leadership for a large-scale masterplanned community. The role will oversee all technical and design disciplines across the masterplan, ensuring design integrity, technical compliance, constructability, and alignment with the project vision, development strategy, and delivery objectives.

 Reporting to the Project Director, this position is responsible for efficiently managing and executing marine and island-based construction projects within approved parameters such as cost, timelines, functionality, safety, and quality, in line with DarGlobal strategies and plans.
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate will have previous experience with a reputable main contractor or developer, leading complex building construction works on marine, coastal, or island environments. This includes overseeing the construction of villas, hospitality assets, infrastructure, and ancillary buildings on reclaimed or remote island sites. The candidate must be capable of developing robust action plans, maintaining tight control over challenging site logistics, and evaluating risks unique to marine construction. This individual should also have strong team leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
