 Key Responsibilities:

 Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.

 Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and records.
 </li>

 Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the project team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide administrative support to Project Managers and team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems related to each project.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 High school diploma or equivalent (Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred).
 
 
 3+ years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role (project environment preferred).
