Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and monitor product listings, pricing, stock levels, and content on e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Plan and execute online sales campaigns, offers, and promotions to boost revenue.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective online sales strategies.</li><li>Track daily sales performance, conversion rates, and analyze data to optimize listings.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing and design teams for banner ads, promotions, and visibility campaigns.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers (Flipkart,Blinkit,Tata 1Mg etc.).</li></ul>Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.<ul><li>Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in e-commerce &amp; Quick Commerce sales or online marketplace management.</li><li>Proven experience handling Flipkart,Blinkit,Tata 1Mg or similar platforms.</li><li>Good understanding of online sales strategies, promotions, and pricing techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.</li><li>Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in PPC ads, sponsored campaigns, and SEO optimization for product listings.</li><li>Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
