Job Summary
The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for ensuring a steady flow of material for processing. Employee will receive training to be able to safely operate a Front End Loader and Yard Trucks and learn how to use these pieces of equipment to mix raw materials, unload and load product to meet production goals. Employee responsible for keeping area clean and working safely in a production environment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Operates yard and plant equipment to load materials Maintains raw material mixture at proper moisture content.</li><li>
Maintains contact with operator to ensure most efficient drying rate.
</li><li>Performs daily maintenance on loader before each shift.</li><li>
Washes plant equipment, vehicles, and processing areas as necessary using high pressure power washer.</li><li>
Performs general cleaning as needed in work areas.</li><li>
Keeps area clean; raw materials piled out of driving area.</li><li>
Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.</li><li>
All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time manufacturing job works three 12 hour shifts and one 6 hour shift per week. This schedule will be from 6am - 6pm Wednesday - Friday each week and 6am to 12pm on Saturday. This plant operates 24/7 and the flexibility to work days, nights, or weekends as needed is required.
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>
High school diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li>
Experience in loader operation and maintenance.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Basic math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.</li><li>
Good oral and written skills; able to follow oral and written directions.</li><li>
Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
</li></ul>Physical Demands<ul><li>
Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.</li><li>
Occasionally must push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>
Regularly required reach with hands and arms.
</li></ul>Work Environment
Job functions will be carried out in a production facility which requires tolerance for high heat and/or cold temperatures.

Heavy Equipment Operator - Bakery Feeds - Day Shift Wednesday - Saturday

<div>Job Summary
A Route Driver is responsible for operation of a grease collection truck to collect cooking oil, a fat and bone collection truck for removal of raw material from customer locations, and a pump truck to collect waste cooking oil.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Pump or load grease containers; ensure cleanliness of container and surrounding area; returns container with screen and lock secured; notes any damages to container or corral area; properly completes route ticket with customer signature.</li><li>
Empties customers grease trap utilizing a company vehicle by pumping trap contents into vehicle. Ensures cleanliness of trap area; cleans all spilled grease if necessary.
</li><li>Collects and inspects raw material at time of pick up for any foreign or hazardous material at customer location (Local Runs).</li><li>
Required to maintain an Electronic DOT log.</li><li>
Provides customer with receipt of pick-up and obtains signature of management at location.
</li><li>Responsible for company vehicle; maintains vehicle in cleanest possible manner; operates vehicle in accordance with Company, federal, state and local regulations.
</li><li>Conducts all safety checks and inspections of vehicle; operates vehicle under state, federal, local regulations and in accordance with company policy and procedures; observes all company safety rules.</li><li>
Complete vehicle condition report on a daily basis; operates under all Company safety standards.
</li><li>Maintains excellent customer relations by providing quality, professional service at all times.</li><li>
Responsible for completing all company required paperwork in accordance with company policies (route tickets, driver vehicle inspection reports, accident reports, mileage reports, service forms, etc.) on a daily basis.</li><li>
Responsible for established route as assigned.</li><li>
Attendance at all safety meetings required; may be asked to serve on Safety Committee.</li><li>
All other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>
High school diploma or GED.</li><li>
Must possess a valid Class A CDL, with a Tankers Endorsement.

Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
2 years of prior experience operating a commercial vehicle in route delivery setting preferred.</li><li>
Prior route experience within a customer oriented environment preferred.</li><li>
Experience with truck hydraulics a plus.
</li><li>Communicates clearly in verbal and written form.</li><li>
Highly organized; superior time management skills.</li><li>
Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations; adaptable to changing situations.</li><li>
Must have a good driving record.</li><li>
Ability to work well with internal staff and external customers.</li><li>
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.</li></ul>
Physical Demands<ul><li>
Constantly required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.</li><li>

Job Summary
The Scientific Writer plays a pivotal role in strengthening the visibility, impact, and understanding of Science and Innovations outputs. This position will support the analysis of research results and translate complex scientific findings into clear, compelling messages and visualizations tailored for scientific and non-scientific target audiences.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Implement the science communication strategy designed by the Science Integration Manager and aligned with organizational goals and Science and Innovation priorities</li><li>
Scientific data processing and translation into technical articles, scientific manuscripts, journals and marketing materials</li><li>
Translate technical content into accessible formats (illustrations, articles, infographics, presentations, videos) for different target audiences</li><li>
Work closely with researchers and scientists to understand their findings and translate them into a format that can be understood by a broader audience</li><li>
Establish relationships and collaboration with commercial team (MarCom, sales)</li><li>
Act as a liaison between science integration and external partners to ensure consistent messaging</li><li>
Present scientific storylines in workshops, webinars, and events to disseminate research findings effectively</li><li>
Track and analyze the reach and effectiveness of communication activities using KPIs and feedback mechanisms</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Master's Degree in Nutritional Science, Medical Science, Pharma, Biomedical, Communication or related field</li><li>
3-5 years of professional Scientific writing experience</li><li>
Familiarity with scientific databases and research tools</li><li>
Familiarity with data analysis tools and languages such as Python or R</li><li>
Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms</li><li>
Strong ability to interpret complex scientific data and communicate it clearly</li><li>
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills</li><li>
Presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>
Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and visualization best practices</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
<ul><li>PhD in above mentioned fields</li><li>
Other language skills preferred (Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, French or Chinese)</li><li>
Project management and stakeholder coordination experience</li></ul>
