Duties:<ul><li>Meet with clients and develop designs, drawings, and 3D renderings.</li><li>Prepare and update architectural plans, ensuring designs comply with building codes and KM rules and regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with other architects and engineers.</li><li>Conduct site visits and inspections.</li><li>Create detailed drawings and material specifications.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience in the engineering consultancy field.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>The candidate must have knowledge of Baladia rules and regulations.</li><li>Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.</li><li>Professional work ethic and appearance.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD or other software such as 3DMAX, Photoshop, Lumion, and SketchUp.</li><li>High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills.</li><li>Capability to read and interpret engineering or architectural plans.</li><li>Adherence to company policies and timekeeping standards.</li><li>Consistently meets assigned deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
