Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting records including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.</li><li>Prepare and post journal entries, maintain ledgers, and reconcile bank statements.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and follow-up for payments.</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit &amp; loss statements.</li><li>Should have knowledge in GST filing, TDS computation, and coordinate with auditors for statutory compliance.</li><li>Process employee reimbursements, salaries, and related tax deductions.</li><li>Ensure all invoices and vouchers are properly filed and documented.</li><li>Support management with financial data, budget preparation, and analysis.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software.</li><li>Good command over MS Excel and Google Sheets.</li><li>Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Good communication and analytical skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Peenya, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>tally (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
