Website: www.cherbeall.comInstagram: @CherBeallI'm looking for a part‑time Social Media Manager (approximately 3 days a week) to help run and grow an established lifestyle brand all about interiors, gardening, crafts, and holiday celebrations on Instagram (600K+ followers) and beyond. This role is great for someone who gets creator‑led brands, loves beautiful homes and gardens, and wants to build simple systems&mdash;not just &ldquo;post and hope.&rdquo;You&rsquo;ll own the day‑to‑day social media work with some light strategy, mainly focused on Instagram Reels, Stories, and community engagement. The aim is to grow and reach followers, support product and partnership opportunities, and free the creator to spend more time on‑camera, long-form projects, and collaborations.What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>Plan and manage a weekly content calendar for Instagram (Reels, feed posts, Stories; light Pinterest or TikTok later if appropriate).</li><li>Coordinate and prep shoots: outline hooks, shot lists, and simple scripts so filming days are efficient and intentional.</li><li>Brief editors or lightly edit short‑form video (using Reels tools or apps like CapCut) to keep content on‑brand and optimized for performance.</li><li>Write scroll‑stopping captions, hooks, and on‑screen text that match the brand voice and drive saves, shares, and follows.</li><li>Post content at optimal times, manage comments and DMs, and keep the community feeling seen and cared for.</li><li>Track basic metrics (views, saves, shares, followers, link clicks), pull simple weekly reports, and suggest content experiments based on what&rsquo;s working.</li><li>Stay up to date on Instagram and short‑form trends and propose ideas that fit interiors, gardens, crafts, and holiday content.</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>Proven experience managing and growing social media for a creator or brand, ideally in lifestyle, home, decor, garden, or adjacent niches.</li><li>Strong Instagram Reels instincts&mdash;you know hooks, pacing, sound selection, and what makes people watch to the end and hit share.</li><li>Comfortable using existing content assets and helping plan new shoots and series concepts.</li><li>A great eye for aesthetics (composition, color, styling) that aligns with a warm, elevated, seasonal home/garden brand.</li><li>Organized and proactive&mdash;you like clear calendars, deadlines, and repeatable workflows.</li><li>Strong written English and confidence being the &ldquo;frontline voice&rdquo; in comments and DMs.</li></ul>Details:<ul><li>About 3 days per week (mix of flexible async time plus a few set collaboration hours).</li><li>This is a part-time/contract position.
