Objective:<ul><li>We are looking for an Admin cum Accounts Assistant. Reporting to the Head of Campus/Coordinator, the purpose of the role will be to help drive Campus Operations by analyzing metrics and designing. They communicate these results to managers and often provide suggestions based on their findings for betterments.</li></ul>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>The incumbent will be responsible to maintain the AR/AP, Petty cash, Parent&rsquo;s meetings, Fee collection, and other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.</li><li>Monitoring of payments disbursement to suppliers as per Aging reports.</li><li>Ensure the accurate posting of AR/AP, GL, and Bank &amp; Credit Card transactions.
