Project ManagerLocation: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of critical facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams in high-demand environments. This role requires close collaboration with Ooredoo&rsquo;s management team and strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and direct all disciplines and subcontractors in daily operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Attend regular management and operational meetings to review progress and ensure contract deliverables are met.</li><li>Monitor operational and maintenance activities to guarantee timely completion of PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance) work orders.</li><li>Manage inventory of spares, materials, and consumables to ensure availability at all times.</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams, ensuring efficiency and accountability.</li><li>Prepare reports and documentation for management review.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Certified Facility Manager (CFM) preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 15 years&rsquo; experience in operation and maintenance of critical facilities.</li><li>Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you hold a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in facility Management ?</li><li>How many years of total professional experience do you have ?</li><li>What is your Notice Period ?</li><li>What is your Current Salary ?</li><li>What is your Expected Salary ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bid Coordinator in Facility Management</li><li>Strong knowledge of FM services (Hard &amp; Soft Services preferred)</li><li>Experience handling tenders in Qatar/GCC market</li><li>Excellent coordination, documentation, and time management skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and quality orientation</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
