DAS Health is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Procurement Specialist to support our IT procurement operations and ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective acquisition of hardware, software, and services. This role is integral to maintaining strong vendor partnerships, supporting internal teams, and facilitating high-quality service delivery to clients. Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Review and validate procurement items for categorization, coding, pricing, and accuracy within item databases and request catalogs.</li><li>
Manage daily IT hardware/software requests and generate purchase orders as needed.</li><li>
Place purchase orders and track status to ensure on-time delivery of all goods and services.</li><li>
Utilize procurement tools and systems to coordinate effectively while maintaining exceptional organization.</li><li>
Monitor orders end-to-end to ensure all items are received and issues are resolved.</li><li>
Evaluate sourcing requests to ensure completeness and alignment with requirements.</li><li>
Obtain quotes, compare supplier options, and negotiate pricing.</li><li>
Manage high-volume email and ticketing system workflows across multiple aliases.</li><li>
Communicate PO issuance and status updates to stakeholders.</li><li>
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and manage existing partnerships to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.</li><li>
Collaborate with Production, Sales, Finance, and other teams to align procurement and logistics strategies.</li><li>
Provide SKU guidance for accurate product identification, cataloging, and inventory management.</li><li>
Measure and report performance against KPIs, including cost savings, supplier reliability, and process efficiency.</li><li>
Support ad-hoc reporting requests.</li><li>
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within procurement.</li><li>
Mediate supplier issues and resolve disputes as needed.</li><li>
Perform basic hardware configuration preparation.</li><li>
Complete other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 


Requirements:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, or related field preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of procurement or related experience required.</li><li>
Experience with IT hardware configuration.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>
Experience in technology purchasing and vendor management preferred.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.</li><li>
Familiarity with IT organizational processes and stakeholders.</li><li>
Experience with time &amp; materials and recurring invoicing.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>
Ability to analyze needs, identify solutions, and recommend process improvements.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>
ConnectWise PSA/CPQ experience a plus.</li></ul>
