This role requires someone who has already worked in an FMCG company and managed order coordination, PO handling, inventory planning, deliveries, and fulfilment specifically for these platforms.If you have never worked directly with these Q-commerce channels, please do not apply.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for Instamart, Blinkit, BigBasket, Zepto</li><li>Handle POs, order processing, dispatch planning, GRN, and timely fulfilment</li><li>Coordinate directly with Q-commerce category &amp; supply teams</li><li>Maintain stock accuracy across FCs, DCs, and partner warehouses</li><li>Plan replenishments to avoid stockouts and overstocking</li><li>Ensure timely delivery &mdash; zero SLA breaches</li><li>Track daily sales, ageing, fill rate, and platform performance</li><li>Smooth coordination with production, packaging, warehouse &amp; logistics</li><li>Visits to Bangalore DC as required (WFH for rest)</li></ul>1. Worked in an FMCG company&ndash; Food or grocery category preferred &ndash; Experience must be full-time, not freelance/agency✔ 2. 3&ndash;5 years handling Q-commerce supply chainDirectly managed operations with:<ul><li>Instamart</li><li>Blinkit</li><li>BigBasket</li><li>Zepto</li></ul>✔ 3. Strong operational control<ul><li>PO management</li><li>Fill rate optimisation</li><li>Stock planning</li><li>FC-level coordination</li><li>Daily operational reporting</li></ul>✔ 4.
