Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day purchasing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. This role is perfect for someone with 1 - 3 years of experience looking to grow in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Source and evaluate suppliers, products, and services to ensure cost-effectiveness and high quality.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with vendors to achieve favourable outcomes and cost reductions.</li><li>Prepare and process purchase orders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying and onboarding new vendors.</li><li>Track supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.</li><li>Analyse market trends, procurement data, and spending to identify opportunities for improvement and savings.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations) to understand needs and align procurement strategies.</li><li>Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.</li><li>Prepare reports on procurement activities, savings achieved, and vendor performance.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures.</li><li>Support contract documentation, renewals, and basic negotiations under guidance.</li><li>Assist during internal and external audits by providing procurement-related records and clarifications.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>1 - 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or a similar role.</li><li>Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Exposure in supplier negotiation and contract management.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices is a plus.</li><li>Experience working with multiple vendors and service providers.</li><li>Exposure to audit or compliance-driven environments.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
