Job Title:Class A CDL Driver / Crane Support TechnicianJob Description:The role involves hands‑on field work supporting mobile hydraulic crane operations in a safety‑sensitive environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn specialized skills in the crane industry.Key Responsibilities:Operate Class A CDL trucks with standard transmissions Assist with setup and takedown of mobile hydraulic cranes Perform rigging duties for crane lifting operations Support crane operators and field crews as needed Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time Follow all safety procedures and industry best practicesWhat We&rsquo;re Looking For:Valid Class A CDL (standard transmission required) Clean and safe driving record that meets company and insurance requirements Able to pass a pre‑employment drug test This is a safety‑sensitive position requiring ongoing compliance with company safety policies Able to complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time Hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn new skills Comfortable with physical outdoor work Prior rigging or crane experience is a plus, but not requiredWork Schedule &amp; Travel:Local operations within a 150‑mile radius Home most days with a consistent short‑haul schedule Occasional overnight travel may be required when job schedules demand itGrowth &amp; Training Opportunities:This position offers hands‑on training and the potential for advancement into a Crane Operator role for individuals who demonstrate initiative, reliability, and aptitude.Location:Lufkin, TXPay Rate:$18-22 per hourPay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourWork Location: On the road
