<ul>
<li>Lead and manage strategic, business-critical projects governed by the Program Management Office (PMO).
</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risk management, and communication strategies.
</li>
<li>Orchestrate and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables and
</li>
<li>Monitor project progress, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
</li>
<li>Apply best practices such as Agile, Lean, and Change Management methodologies to optimize project
</li>
<li>Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, dashboards, and lessons
</li>
<li>Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and
</li>
<li>Facilitate stakeholder engagement, manage expectations, and build collaborative relationships across the
</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-project reviews and implementing process
</li>
<li>Serve as a champion for project management excellence, mentoring team members and promoting the use of standardized tools and methodologies.</li></ul> 

<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Requirements</h4>

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technical or software-related
</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Lean).
</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct
</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving
</li>
<li>Superior verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation
</li>
<li>Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).
</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced
</li>
<li>Experience with change management and process improvement
</li>
<li>Ability to travel as required (up to 20-30%).
</li>
<li>Must comply with company vaccination policy
</li>
<li>Must comply with and pass initial background check and drug screening, as well as subsequent background checks, drug screenings, and vaccine requirements as required by customer contracts
</li>
<li>Ability to follow DI&rsquo;s policies, procedures, and system usage practices
</li>
<li>Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States</li></ul> 

<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Education and/or Experience</h4>

Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile certification, or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

While performing duties of this job, the employee is predominantly functioning in a sedentary light office position with a high frequency of keyboarding and computer use.

<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Supervision Level</h4>

Reports directly to the Manager, Program Management Office. May provide guidance or mentorship to project team members.

Compensation and Benefits</h4>
<ul><li>Salary Range: $105,700 &ndash; $131,500 (Compensation will vary based on skills and experience)</li>
<li>Bonus Eligibility: Full-time, non-sales employees are eligible for DI&rsquo;s annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.</li>
<li>Benefits: DI offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401(k) matching plan.</li>
