<div><div><b>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Work across the Product, Program Management, and Development teams to plan release cycles</li>
<li>Facilitate team discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution, both in daily scrum meetings and through Slack</li>
<li>Identify, track, and communicate KPIs and team metrics across the organization</li>
<li>Schedule, host, and follow-up on Agile ceremonies: daily stand-up (scrum) meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, backlog grooming/refinement, backlog sizing, and sprint planning</li>
<li>Embrace the development processes for producing a medical device, identify opportunities for improvement, and work directly with the Software Engineering manager to hold the team accountable for processes while meeting deliverable commitments</li>
</ul><ul><li>Understand and use a variety of creative techniques to continuously optimize ceremonies, team participation, and engagement with say/do optimization</li>
<li>Identify training and improvement opportunities and facilitate rollout across the team members</li>
<li>Lead and encourage the scrum team to collaborate and self-organize</li>
<li>Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame with an emphasis on problem solving and delivering quality</li>
<li>Provide internal and external communication with transparency by creating visible tracking deliverables, including dashboards and demos</li>

</div><div></div><div><b>Requirements</b></div>
<div>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</div>
<div><ul><li>Experience playing the Scrum Master role or comparable role for at least two years for a software development team that was applying Scrum or similar principles, practices, and theory.</li>
<li>Experience working within an agile or similar software engineering environment for at least two years to deliver results</li>
<li>Experience in conducting daily scrum meetings and working across one to two global teams</li>
<li>Excellent communication, mentoring, planning, and leadership skills</li>
<li>Must comply with and pass initial background check and drug screening, as well as subsequent background checks, drug screenings and vaccine requirements as required by customer contracts.</li>
<li>Must comply with company vaccination policy.</li>
<li>Ability to follow DI&rsquo;s policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>
</div><div></div><div><b>Education and/or Experience</b></div>
<div>BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.</div>

<div><b>Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:</b>
<br>
While performing duties of this job, the employee is predominately functioning in a sedentary light office position with high frequency of keyboarding, and computer use.</div>

<div><b>Supervision Level</b></div>
<div>This person reports directly to the Software Engineering Manager.</div>
<div></div>
<div><b>Compensation and Benefits</b></div>
<ul><li><div><b>Salary Range</b>: $92,500 - $124,000 (Compensation will vary based on skills and experience)</div>
</li><li><div><b>Bonus Eligibility</b>: Full-time, non-sales employees are eligible for DI&rsquo;s annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.</div>
