The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building scalable data pipelines, data models, and insightful dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, dashboards, and reports</li><li>Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into BI solutions</li><li>Develop data models and semantic layers for reporting and analytics</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization</li><li>Work closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Product teams</li><li>Support and enhance existing BI platforms and data workflows</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of experience in BI Development / Data Engineering</li><li>Strong experience with SQL and data modeling</li><li>Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)</li><li>Experience with data warehousing concepts and architectures</li><li>Knowledge of ETL tools and data pipelines</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Data Engineering experience (Python, Spark, Airflow, etc.)</li><li>Cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li><li>Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s): * Are you ok with work timings 4 pm to 1 am (Midnight )permanent work from Home ?* How much notice period do you have ?<ul><li>What is your expected CTC ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>BI Developer: 7 years (Required)</li><li>Data Engineer: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Microsoft SQL Server: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
