Join us the DataServ/xFact as our next Sales Operations Coordinator. You will support the Sales team throughout the pre-sales process while collaborating closely with both Sales and Operations to ensure alignment between customer needs and internal capabilities. Applicants must be detail oriented, a self-starter, and have a drive for providing relevant solutions and exceptional service. This role requires a versatile individual who can work collaboratively with the internal team, customers, and vendors to support pre-sales Initiatives.

What you&rsquo;ll do:
<ul><li>Customer relationship management:
<ul><li>Participate in customer sales calls and status meetings to document and track next steps</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between customer, sales and project teams</li>
</ul></li><li>Internal systems activity:
<ul><li>Support sales quote process from request to delivery</li>
<li>Review quotes for accuracy, consistency and profitability</li>
<li>Maintain quality data in systems to analyze for reports</li>
<li>Maintain documentation for quarterly quota objectives</li>
<li>Developing processes, implementing effective workflow and embracing best practices</li>
<li>Processing both customer purchase orders and internal projects</li>
</ul></li><li>Communicate with both distributors and manufacturers, including engaging with manufacturers on sales discounts and partnership activities</li>
<li>Assist with marketing efforts</li>
<li>Coordinate conference activities</li>
<li>Represent the company in a positive manner to colleagues, customer base and vendors</li>
<li>Become familiar with company policies and procedures, updating documentation when needed</li>
<li>Lead by example, inspiring other team members and being a supportive team member to others</li>
<li>Innovate and be open to change, actively researching new technologies</li>
<li>Provide redundancy and backup support for other team members</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
What we require:
<ul><li>Education:
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree, bachelor&rsquo;s degree., or related professional experience in sales support</li>
</ul></li><li>Experience:
<ul><li>Five years of experience in sales support, internal sales activity or administration and support</li>
<li>Experience in Accounting / Finance preferred</li>
</ul></li><li>Skills:
<ul><li>Experience with CRM applications</li>
<li>Strong Microsoft Office capabilities (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)</li>
<li>Experience with technology manufacturers (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, HPE, Microsoft, Dell, Lenovo) preferred</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams</li>
</ul></li><li>Additional proficiencies we seek:
<ul><li>Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both collaborative team and customer-facing environments</li>
<li>Availability to work nights and weekends as needed</li>
<li>Candidates are required to complete a drug test and background check</li>
