We are looking for a <b>Project Manager</b> to join our Professional Services team. The <b>Project Manager</b> will be responsible for the oversight and management of complex, multiple projects to ensure the wider objectives are delivered. Daily project activities include focus on governance, delivery performance of the resources and overall project budgets and timelines, coordination of projects and their interdependencies, stakeholder communication and managing risks and taking corrective measures.<b> This is a hybrid position out of our Lincoln, NE office.</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>

Hybrid Schedule</b><b>: Monday - Friday: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote</b></div><div><b>

Responsibilities:<br>

Plan the overall project and monitor the progress</li><li>
Manage resources including project managers, business analysts, solution engineers
</li><li>Manage project deliverables to ensure they meet the program&rsquo;s goals and objectives</li><li>
Daily project management throughout the program life cycle</li><li>
Define the project governance (controls)</li><li>
Manage risks and issues and taking corrective measurements</li><li>
Coordinate projects and their interdependencies</li><li>
Work with team leads to schedule and coordinate project team resources</li><li>
Develop and maintain customer relationships</li><li>
Manage project and stakeholders&rsquo; communication</li><li>
Manage documentation and project process artifacts</li><li>
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget</li><li>
Work with project team to improve process</li><li>
Help develop and manage project products</li><li>
Perform the Essential Functions/Job Duties of a Project Manager as needed</li></ul>
Qualifications:<br>

Strong practical experience in project management</li><li>
Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques</li><li>
Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in project management</li><li>
Strong leadership and management skills</li><li>
Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures</li><li>
Detail oriented with strong organization skills</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Ability to collaborate with team members and resolve conflict</li><li>
Self-motivated, highly energetic, takes initiative, ability to work independently</li><li>
Ability to come up with creative solutions to business problems. Asks questions and challenges the status quo</li><li>
Self-learner with the ability to learn software and technical concepts quickly</li><li>
Strong meeting coordination and facilitation skills</li><li>

Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience</li><li>
1-3 years of experience in direct project management or customer facing experience within the technology industry</li><li>
Committed to the company, peers and team members</li><li>
Maintains professionalism in appearance, communications and interactions</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio is preferred</li><li>
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)</li><li>
Certified Scrum Master or previous experience with scrum and agile methodology preferred</li><li><b>
Experience with ECM, OnBase, Esker, Box, Jadu is a plus</b></li><li><b>
Salesforce &amp; Certinia PSA is a plus</b></li><li><b>
