What You'll Do:</h4>
<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive web design strategy aligned with the company's brand identity and business goals.</li>

<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Web Design, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>
<li>12+ years of experience in web design, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to drive marketing outcomes through impactful digital experiences, blending UX/UI best practices with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WCAG accessibility standards, and web performance optimization.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.</li>
<li>Comfortable designing within real-world technical frameworks, including component-based frontend systems (e.g., React), SEO and analytics requirements, and headless CMS workflows ensuring design decisions support discoverability, engagement, and content scalability. Experienced with design systems is a plus.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like DatoCMS.</li>
<li>Excellent project management skills and ability to balance creative vision with business needs.</li>

The Brand Design group is an in-house creative team &ndash; part of the Marketing Department &ndash; that services all internal constituents of Datadog, including the Events, Demand Generation, Communications and Partnership functions. The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented, energetic, and self-motivated Designer to contribute to the visual evolution of our brand design systems, aligning Datadog's visual identity across all promotional touch points, with an emphasis on events (B2C, B2B, tradeshows, etc.)

You will be a part of the Brand Design team, creating designs across a wide array of Marketing assets in collaboration with teams throughout Datadog.

Within the Brand Design team, you will report to a Group Manager while collaborating with other designers and illustrators. You will be instrumental in creating concepts, presenting them and building innovative brand systems ready for application.

What You'll Do:

Who You Are:
