Partner Account ExecutiveLooking for experienced candidates preferred with Minimum 1 yr. experience in IT direct salesWork Location : KakkanadRequirements:<ul><li>1 - 3 years in account management for a channel sales organization.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in the information technology industry direct sales is a must;</li></ul><ul><li>Basic knowledge of cyber security products and the IT industry preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong sales background with a proven record of success;</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to anticipate and understand reseller business needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business management/administration.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>A knack for rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong written, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><ul><li>High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI reporting tools.</li></ul><ul><li>International travel required.</li></ul><ul><li>Expertise in conducting online meetings and training often.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build productive and profitable working relationships with partners.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and contact potential partners for new business opportunities.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide product demo/trial and coordinate technical support to partners.</li></ul><ul><li>Address partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop competency and qualification plans for partners.</li></ul><ul><li>Work with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for lead generation.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop a business plan to improve sales and profitability.</li></ul><ul><li>Work with Sales, marketing and technical teams to achieve revenue goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with partners to prioritize, plan and manage business activities.</li></ul><ul><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of the partner&rsquo;s marketing plans and recommend improvements.</li></ul><ul><li>Work with partners in monthly pipeline review and management activities.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee partner rewards and recognition programs.</li></ul><ul><li>Organize partner meetings to discuss any issues and updates.</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in internal business review and revenue forecasting activities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current CTC</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Direct sales: 1 year (Required)</li><li>B2B Sales: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Channel Sales: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
