<div>Position Title: Senior Manager-Facilities
Reports Directly to: Regional Leader
Position Overview:
The Senior Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operations, and strategic planning of multiple facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective environments that support business operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex facility operations while leading a team of facility professionals. Should have handled multiple sites across PAN India.
Primary Responsibilities:
Facility Operations Management<ul>
<li>
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and building automation systems</li>
<li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment life and minimize downtime</li>
<li>Manage facility budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including OSHA, ADA, and environmental standards</li>
</ul>
Team Leadership<ul>
<li>
Lead and mentor a team of facility coordinators, maintenance technicians, and contracted service providers</li>
<li>Conduct performance reviews, training programs, and professional development initiatives</li>
<li>Coordinate work schedules and resource allocation across multiple sites</li>
</ul>
Strategic Planning<ul>
<li>
Develop long-term facility master plans and capital improvement strategies</li>
<li>Conduct facility assessments and recommend upgrades or modifications</li>
<li>Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency</li>
<li>Support space planning and workplace optimization initiatives</li>
</ul>
Vendor and Contract Management<ul>
<li>
Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers and vendors</li>
<li>Oversee contractor performance and ensure service level agreements are met</li>
<li>Source and evaluate new vendors to optimize cost and service quality</li>
</ul>
Emergency Response and Safety<ul>
<li>
Develop and maintain emergency response procedures and business continuity plans</li>
<li>Coordinate with security teams and local emergency services</li>
<li>Ensure workplace safety protocols are implemented and maintained</li>
<li>Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience<ul>
<li>
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field</li>
<li>Minimum 10-15 years of facilities management experience with at least 5 years in a Managerial role</li>
<li>Experience managing multiple facilities or large commercial properties</li>
</ul>
Technical Skills<ul>
<li>
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)</li>
<li>Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)</li>
<li>Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements</li>
<li>Project management experience and certification (PMP preferred)</li>
</ul>
Professional Certifications (Preferred)<ul>
<li>
Facility Management Professional (FMP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM)</li>
<li>Professional Engineer (PE) license</li>
<li>OSHA 30-Hour certification</li>
<li>LEED certification</li>
</ul>

Senior Facilities Manager

<div>Position Overview:
Facilities Manager will contribute towards the site facility management. This role is to perform a variety of managing facilities tasks, duties, and managing our company&rsquo;s facilities activities. The Facilities Manager ensures smooth running of the company&rsquo;s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Plans and coordinates administrative procedures and systems and devises ways to streamline processes</li><li>Assesses Facilities staff performance and provides coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency</li><li>Maintains and understands departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently</li><li>Ensures all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow operations to function properly</li><li>Ensures that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly on a 24 x 7 basis</li><li>Maintains 100% uptime for all critical equipment PM of all assets and infrastructure</li><li>Coordinates cost reduction initiatives without affecting employee satisfaction</li><li>Supervises clerical and Facilities personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees</li><li>Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department and ensures operations adhere to policies and regulations</li><li>Ensures the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations</li><li>Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards</li><li>Manages schedules and deadlines</li><li>Monitors inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints, and monitors costs and expenses to track in budget preparation.</li><li>Oversees facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons</li><li>Maintains office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment</li><li>Focus on cost reduction without affecting the quality and timeliness of the services</li><li>Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain, and manage vendors, and coordinate food delivery as needed</li><li>Manage all aspects of the office&rsquo;s space/infrastructure planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested</li><li>Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying issues</li><li>Coordinates with internal and external resources, and cultivate relationships with vendors</li><li>Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems</li><li>Reviews internal customer feedback from the internal survey to measure performance</li><li>Oversees the EHS for site including employee&rsquo;s safety, Fire Safety Training, Emergency Rescue, etc.</li></ul>
