We specialize in alternative medicine, including Ayurveda, naturopathy, and holistic therapies, and are committed to offering transformative wellness journeys for individuals seeking meaningful change.Position Overview We are looking for a qualified and experienced BAMS Doctor to take on a management role at Cure and Wellness. The ideal candidate will oversee the integration of medical and wellness services, ensuring that our clients receive personalized, high-quality care during their wellness journeys. This role will involve both clinical and administrative responsibilities, collaborating with internal teams and external wellness providers to deliver seamless patient experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Oversight &amp; Consultation:<ul><li>Provide expert Ayurvedic consultations to clients, including treatment plans, health assessments, and wellness advice.</li><li>Ensure that clients are guided through holistic therapies and alternative medicine options, tailoring the treatment to their individual needs.</li></ul>Management &amp; Operations:<ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day management of wellness programs and patient care, coordinating with the internal team and wellness centers to ensure smooth service delivery.</li><li>Manage the quality and consistency of treatments offered, ensuring adherence to the principles of Ayurveda and holistic health practices.</li></ul>Collaboration with Wellness Providers:<ul><li>Build and maintain strong partnerships with wellness centers, resorts, and alternative medicine practitioners to ensure alignment with Cure and Wellness&rsquo; values of authenticity and quality.</li><li>Assess wellness facilities, treatment protocols, and patient care processes to ensure the highest standards of service are met.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management:<ul><li>Nurture relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing guidance throughout their wellness journey, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure that clients receive a holistic and satisfying experience by integrating medical and wellness care.</li></ul>Team Collaboration:<ul><li>Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop programs, promote services, and expand our client base.</li><li>Provide input to the development of wellness programs and services based on clinical expertise and market needs.</li></ul>Health &amp; Wellness Strategy:<ul><li>Assist in the creation of new wellness packages, focusing on Ayurvedic treatments, lifestyle changes, and holistic therapies.</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning to expand Cure and Wellness services and improve client outcomes.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>Maintain detailed records of client consultations, treatment progress, and feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li>Provide periodic reports on treatment effectiveness, client satisfaction, and wellness program performance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsExperience:<ul><li>Must hold a BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree.</li><li>Proven experience in Ayurvedic practice and wellness care, ideally with a focus on holistic treatments.</li><li>Experience in a clinical management or supervisory role is preferred.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong understanding of Ayurveda, naturopathy, and holistic health practices.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a collaborative environment.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple languages. Fluency in English is a must.</li><li>Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and quality assurance.</li></ul>Technical Proficiency:<ul><li>Familiarity with wellness management software and digital health platforms is a plus.</li><li>Comfortable with CRM systems and basic administrative tools.</li></ul>Educational Requirements:<ul><li>BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree is mandatory.</li><li>Additional certifications or training in holistic health, wellness management, or related fields are a plus.</li></ul>Other Requirements:<ul><li>Willingness to travel occasionally to visit wellness centers and retreats.</li><li>A passion for wellness, a holistic approach to health, and an interest in medical tourism.</li><li>Strong cultural sensitivity and understanding of Indian wellness traditions.</li></ul>Why Join Us?
