We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to join our team and strengthen our digital marketing efforts.Role Objectives<ul><li>Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth.</li><li>Create, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven recommendations.</li><li>Communicate campaign progress and KPIs clearly with the internal team and clients.</li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesSEO &amp; Content Optimization<ul><li>Perform keyword research and optimize website content to increase organic visibility.</li><li>Conduct technical SEO audits to improve site health, speed, and usability.</li><li>Analyze competition and industry trends to craft effective SEO strategies.</li></ul>Google Ads Management<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on traffic, conversions, and revenue.</li><li>Manage bidding strategies, ad creatives, keywords, and audience targeting for higher ROI.</li><li>Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.</li></ul>Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram) Management<ul><li>Develop effective paid campaigns on Meta platforms to achieve business objectives.</li><li>Create engaging creatives and persuasive ad copy to maximize conversions.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and refine campaigns based on KPIs.</li></ul>Campaign Performance &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Track core metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, CPL, and ROAS.</li><li>Use tools like GA4, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite to derive insights.</li><li>Test new strategies, audiences, and creatives to consistently improve results.</li></ul>Industry Trends &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.</li><li>Recommend innovative ideas and strategies to improve overall marketing performance.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager.</li><li>Excellent understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion funnels.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities.</li><li>Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or related domains are an added advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>A collaborative and innovative work environment.</li><li>Opportunities to work on advanced tools, platforms, and marketing strategies.</li><li>Professional growth and performance-based learning opportunities.</li></ul>Important NoteDatameris will be relocating from Kottayam to Kochi in the coming months.
