With a growing team of 30-50 members all across India, we focus on process efficiency, people-first culture, and growth-driven opportunities.About the Role As an HR Generalist at Datastraw, you will play a key role in leading end-to-end recruitment, overseeing payroll and compliance, driving employee engagement initiatives and maintaining HR documentation. You&rsquo;ll be expected to take ownership, ensure accuracy, and collaborate effectively with remote and onsite teams in a fast-paced start-up environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.</li><li>Manage payroll, attendance, PF/ESI, insurance, and compliance activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records and policy updates.</li><li>Oversee ESOP administration, Rewards &amp; Recognition, and engagement programs.</li><li>Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.</li><li>Partner with leadership to enhance HR processes, culture, and performance systems.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1-2 years of experience in HR and recruitment is a must.</li><li>Experience working with remote teams is required, preferably in a BPO, startup or D2C environment.</li><li>Proficient with HRMS tools like Keka; Slack knowledge is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.</li><li>Must be available for hybrid work in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.
