<div>The Project Manager is accountable for the success of projects to implement Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for customers worldwide. Datex Project Managers work closely with Implementation Managers and a variety of other Datex team members to apply the ASAP implementation methodology to ensure success of Footprint implementations. The Project Manager represents the voice of the customer within Datex.

Essential Job Functions<ul><li>
Fully understand the Datex ASAP Methodology for Footprint Implementation</li><li>
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project</li><li>
Ensure each phase of ASAP is completed successfully as part customer Footprint implementations</li><li>
Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured</li><li>
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project</li><li>
Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks throughout the project</li><li>
Ensure any changes to project scope, timeline, resources, etc. are properly managed</li><li>
Ensure all signoffs are received when appropriate and stored in a secure location</li></ul>
Other duties<ul><li>
Continuously improve project management toolkits and methodologies used, including ASAP</li><li>
Identify, develop, and initiate innovations and solutions where precedents and procedures may not exist</li><li>
Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes</li><li>
Scrum Master duties as assigned
</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>
An ability to build strong relationships with customers, strong communication skills are a necessity</li><li>
Ability to liaison between customer business needs and the technology teams</li><li>
Ability to support several projects of differing complexity, including high profile, multi-phased implementations</li><li>
Solid work ethic geared towards proving high quality service to clients</li>
People-oriented <li>- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects</li>
Detail-oriented <li>- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture</li>
Achievement-oriented <li>- enjoys taking on challenges, even in the face of possible failure</li>
Autonomous/Independent <li>- enjoys working with minimal direction</li><li>
Skilled at prioritizing and organizing work
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Knowledge of Agile work practices, Scrum Master Certification preferred</li><li>
Process Improvement experience &ndash; Green or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma preferred</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to speak Spanish is also a plus
</li><li>Experienced PM must have demonstrated leadership experience</li></ul>

Requirements 
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
PMP Certification strongly encourage</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
PM: 7+ years of increasingly responsible experience, including experience successfully managing various Supply Chain or WMS implementation projects</li><li>
Outstanding grasp of information technology concepts and processes
</li>Demonstrated aptitude for effective leadership

Salary Range: $110k - $130k; annual salary depends on many factors including experience, skill set, and more.
