The ideal candidate will have 2&ndash;3 years of nursing experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare in a home setting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.</li><li>Monitor patient health and record vital signs.</li><li>Administer medications and injections as prescribed.</li><li>Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other daily activities.</li><li>Educate patients and families about on-going care and treatment plans.</li><li>Coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.</li><li>Follow proper infection control procedures and maintain a safe environment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>ANM/GNM/Bsc.
