We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled <b>Project Engineer</b> to support the execution of construction and infrastructure projects at our manufacturing facilities in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil or mechanical engineering, hands-on experience in industrial construction, and <b>must have exposure to pharmaceutical brownfield projects</b>. This role demands close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.</div>

<div><b> Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning and executing construction projects including buildings, utilities, and production infrastructure.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, safety, procurement) and external contractors to ensure project alignment.</li>
<li>Support the development and tracking of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.</li>
<li>Conduct regular site inspections and monitor contractor performance to ensure quality and safety standards.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as BOQs, drawings, and progress reports.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and internal engineering protocols.</li>
<li>Participate in vendor evaluation, tendering, and procurement processes.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve technical or execution issues during construction phases.</li>
<li>Promote continuous improvement and safety culture on-site.</li>
</ul>
<p></p> <div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.</li>
<li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in construction or project engineering, preferably in industrial or plant environments.</li>
<li><b>Mandatory exposure to pharmaceutical brownfield construction projects.</b></li>
<li>Strong understanding of construction techniques, project workflows, and engineering documentation.</li>
<li>Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software.</li>
<li>Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Effective communication and coordination skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working on active construction sites.</li>
</ul>

<li>Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).</li>
<li>Experience in greenfield or brownfield plant construction.</li>
