Maintenance Systems Manager
Job Description Summary
As Maintenance System Manager at Dauch, you will be involved in driving the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of maintenance systems, processes, and performance across the organization. You will collaborate with Dauch's corporate and local maintenance teams to ensure that company assets are standardized and working in alignment with the priorities, plans, and values of Dauch. 
 
The ideal candidate for this role will be based at Dauch's World Headquarters location in Detroit, and is willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time, as required.
Job Description:<ul><li>
Drives deployment, administration, and advancement of Dauch maintenance standards (M4) according to company objectives, operational demands, and other business conditions</li><li>
Audits the proficiency of maintenance systems deployed in the manufacturing sites through interpretation of data, performance indicators, physical evidence, and other criteria included in the M4 operating system
</li><li>Communicates maintenance objectives, priorities, results, and other relative information to operational leaders throughout the organization</li><li>
Initiates problem-solving with local maintenance teams on significant issues related to machine performance, spare parts, work completion, cost, etc.
</li><li>Coordinates major maintenance activities and holiday shutdown plans of regional operations with corporate leadership</li><li>
Interviews, evaluates, and coaches maintenance associates according to relative needs</li><li>
Effectively uses data for analysis, communication, and verification of maintenance effectiveness</li><li>
Provides on-site/virtual support for M4 follow-up, manufacturing issues, launches, workshops, and other activities, as necessary</li><li>
Other relevant duties as assigned</li></ul>
Required Skills and Education<ul><li>
10+ years of operational experience in an industrial, manufacturing environment</li><li>
At least 5 years of maintenance management, including roles of supervision &amp; planning</li><li>
Four-year degree in a technical or managerial area of study</li><li>
Knowledgeable on data, indicators, processes, targets, etc. related to maintenance &amp; asset management</li><li>
Possesses strong interpersonal and leadership skills toward resolving conflicts, influencing peers, and delivering feedback</li><li>
Promotes behaviors and mindsets of collaboration, continuous improvement, and creativity</li><li>
Motivated, proactive, and self-directed in their approach to current responsibilities &amp; future needs</li><li>
Adept at preparing and effectively communicating maintenance information in digital formats to a variety of audiences including creating, editing, and presenting information with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams</li></ul>

Job Description Summary
The Global Trade Compliance Lead is responsible for ensuring operational processes and procedures are properly implemented, followed consistently, and supported through effective training and oversight. This hands-on role supports audit activities, operational reviews, recovery initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization. 
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong critical thinker who can identify process gaps, investigate issues, support corrective actions, and drive operational efficiency.
Job Description:<ul><li>
Perform customs entries audits and transactional reviews to identify potential corrections, process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>
Ensure operational procedures and controls are implemented and consistently followed across teams and service providers.</li><li>
Perform audit and cost recovery initiatives.</li><li>
Experience managing CF28/29 operational issues, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions.</li><li>
Support implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.</li><li>
Lead operational review meetings with internal teams and external service providers.</li><li>
Monitor service provider performance, operational compliance, and reporting accuracy.</li><li>
Ensure associates are properly trained on operational procedures and compliance expectations.</li><li>
Support internal and external audit requests and reporting requirements.</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, finance, purchasing, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and improve processes.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Required Skills and Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, or related field preferred.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, audit, logistics, supply chain, or related environment.</li><li>
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Experience performing operational audits, data analysis, and process compliance reviews.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.</li><li>
Experience supporting process implementation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.</li><li>
Related compliance, audit, or operations certification preferred.</li></ul>
