Please email us your resume to info@davanalaw.comResponsibilities:-Assist with preparing, drafting, and organizing of legal documents and pleadings-Support senior attorneys in negotiating and litigating cases-Conduct legal research and analysis-Evaluating the merits of a case-Medical document review-Propounding and responding to discovery-Analyzing discovery responses-Advocating at court hearings-Taking and defending depositions-Analyzing deposition transcripts-Providing guidance and counsel to clientsRequirements:-California State Bar license-2-4 years of experience-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills-Strong negotiation and communication skills-Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures-Professional &amp; courteous to clients and staff-Ability to manage a demanding caseload-Effective leadership skills and ability to supervise and provide direction to their support team-Thrive in a fast-paced environment-Follow firm policies and procedures-Prior experience in legal administrative or support roles is preferredWe offer competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
