<p>
Davcor Aviation Services is seeking a high-performing Remote Recruiter to support large-scale hiring initiatives in Everett, WA.</p>
<p>
This role is not a passive recruiting position. It is built for individuals who can move quickly, manage high-volume pipelines, and stay aligned with real-time operational needs.</p>
<p>
The ideal candidate is located within the Pacific Time Zone (PST) to support operational alignment and responsiveness with the Everett, WA site and leadership team.</p>
<p>
You will work directly with on-site Davcor representatives and leadership to ensure hiring demands are met efficiently without compromising candidate quality.</p>
<p>
In addition to recruiting responsibilities, this role will also support employer branding and candidate engagement efforts by managing one designated company social media channel.</p>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for aviation maintenance and support roles</li><li>
Maintain and actively build evergreen candidate pipelines</li><li>
Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach</li><li>
Screen and qualify candidates based on role requirements and work environment</li><li>
Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates</li><li>
Partner daily with on-site Davcor representatives to align on hiring priorities</li><li>
Track and manage candidate activity within ATS</li><li>
Maintain urgency in response times for candidates and hiring managers</li><li>
Support high-volume hiring needs and rapid workforce ramp-ups</li><li>
Manage one assigned company social media channel to support recruiting and employer branding efforts</li><li>
Assist with creation and scheduling of hiring-related social media content including job highlights, hiring campaigns, and workforce engagement initiatives</li><li>
Represent Davcor Aviation Services during hiring events, job fairs, client engagement activities, and industry trade events as needed</li></ul>
<p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h2>
<p>
We&rsquo;re seeking individuals who are driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.</p>
<ul><li>
Prior aviation recruiting experience</li><li>
Strong sourcing ability and comfort with outbound recruiting</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously</li><li>
Excellent communication and follow-up skills</li><li>
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment</li><li>
Experience using ATS platforms (UKG Ready, Bullhorn, or similar preferred)</li><li>
Understanding of aviation roles (A&amp;P Mechanics, AMTs, etc.)</li><li>
Familiarity with social media platforms and professional online communication preferred</li><li>
Ability and willingness to travel periodically for hiring events, client engagement activities, and trade events</li><li>
Preferred candidate located within the Pacific Time Zone (PST)</li></ul>
