 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 The AGM - F&amp;B Operations will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all food and beverage operations at Dave &amp; Buster's India. This includes ensuring high-quality service, managing budgets, developing staff, and working to enhance the overall guest experience. The role demands a strong leader with extensive experience in food and beverage management, ideally within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Operational Leadership:
 
 Oversee daily operations of the F&amp;B department, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Guest Experience:
 
 Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service, addressing guest feedback and resolving any service-related issues promptly.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Quality Control:
 
 Maintain high standards for food quality, beverage presentation, and overall cleanliness of the F&amp;B areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Staff Management:
 
 Lead, coach, and mentor the F&amp;B team, overseeing recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a positive, motivated work environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Cost Control &amp; Budgeting:
 
 Manage financial performance, including labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Menu Management:
 
 Work with culinary teams to optimize menus, ensuring that offerings are aligned with customer preferences and market trends while meeting profitability targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Supplier &amp; Inventory Management:
 
 Oversee purchasing and inventory control to ensure stock availability, minimize waste, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Event &amp; Special Operations:
 
 Support in the planning and execution of special events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Compliance &amp; Safety:
 
 Ensure compliance with local regulations, including food safety, hygiene standards, and legal requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaboration with Senior Management:
 
 Work closely with General Manager and other senior leaders to align F&amp;B operations with overall business objectives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of managing F&amp;B operations in high-volume environments (preferably entertainment or hospitality).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of food safety standards, cost control techniques, and current industry trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and managing P&amp;L statements.
 </li>
