<p><b>Parts Counter Associate Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Order, receive, stock, and process parts</li>
<li>Supply technicians with automotive parts</li>
<li>Assist with inventory management and logistics</li>
<li>Create bin locations for new stock</li>
<li>Ensure parts and accessory supply is stocked on shelves in the proper location</li>
<li>Notify customer on parts arrival</li>
<li>Notify of shortage &amp; damage discrepancies</li>
<li>Prepare items for returns and shipping</li>
<li>Deliver parts</li>
<li>Light forklift duties</li>
<li>Process warranty scrap</li>
<li>Keep workspace neat and orderly</li>
<li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures</li>
<li>Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry</li>
<li>Twisting, turning, bending, lifting involved</li>
</ul>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
