Requirements:

Classification: Hourly-Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $26.00- $28.00
Reports to: Human Resources Manager
This position is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate files and records and providing assistance and/or information to employees, management, and regulatory agencies. The position is responsible for performing a range of duties supporting Human Resources which includes clerical and technical functions in such areas as payroll and benefits administration.
Payroll (Paylocity):<ul><li>
Process payroll and timekeeping information in order to document and assure the accuracy of employee payroll processed bi-weekly for corporate locations.</li><li>
Maintain employee data in Paylocity and Employee Navigator.</li><li>
Provide courteous customer service by responding to timekeeping inquiries, making changes to employee information, resolving discrepancies and/or clarifying procedures for employees, supervisors, managers, and others.</li><li>
Record changes affecting net wages, such as exemptions and insurance coverage.</li><li>
Record data concerning transfer of employees between locations.</li><li>
Prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.</li><li>
Keep records of leave pay.</li><li>
Assist with HR audits regarding payroll administration.</li><li>
Prepare, review, and correct year-end W-2's.</li><li>
Prepare reports for government agencies.</li><li>
Calculate Incentive Pay.</li><li>
Verification of employment and 3rd party requests..</li><li>
Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul>
Personnel &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>
Maintain accurate, up-to-date files and complete personnel records.</li><li>
Provide assistance with clerical and technical support for HR activities.</li><li>
Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.</li><li>
Process employee terminations and final checks.</li><li>

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>
Must have knowledge of HR principles, practices, and techniques.</li><li>
Skilled in the operation of a PC, and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Strong knowledge and experience with Paylocity Payroll System or Paycor or similar.</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.</li><li>
Ability to work with numbers and effectively use math skills on a daily basis.</li></ul>
Education and Experience:<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree (A.A.) or equivalent education and experience and/or training.</li><li>
2 &ndash; 4 years Payroll / HR experience.</li></ul></div>
