Position Overview</b></div><div>
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented <b>Food &amp; Beverage Assistant</b> to support daily food, beverage, and kitchen operations within our office. This role ensures employees and guests have access to fresh coffee, stocked snacks, and well-maintained kitchen spaces throughout the day. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and proactive in maintaining a welcoming office environment.</div><div></div><div><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li><div><b>
Coffee &amp; Beverage Service</b></div><ul><li><div>
Operate equipment and serve items in the cafeteria such as the juice bar, salad bar, soup station, including preparing juices, smoothies and coffee.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor and refill coffee machines, vending machine</div></li><li><div>
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment.</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>
Food &amp; Snack Management</b></div><ul><li><div>
Receive, organize, and stock snacks, pantry items, and beverages.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with food setup for meetings, events, and team lunches.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs.</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>
Kitchen &amp; Pantry Maintenance</b></div><ul><li><div>
Maintain clean and organized kitchen and pantry areas.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure dishwashers are loaded/unloaded and dishes are properly stored.</div></li><li><div>
Dispose of trash and recycling as needed.</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>
Vendor Coordination</b></div><ul><li><div>
Assist with receiving deliveries from catering, grocery, or coffee suppliers.</div></li><li><div>
Verify order accuracy and organize items in appropriate storage areas.</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>
Office Hospitality</b></div><ul><li><div>
Support meeting room refreshes with beverages and snacks.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure hospitality standards for employees and visiting guests.</div></li></ul></li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li><div>
Previous experience in hospitality, food service, office support, or similar roles preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to lift up to 25&ndash;50 lbs (for deliveries and stocking).</div></li><li><div>
Excellent time management and reliability.</div></li><li><div>
Friendly, service-oriented attitude.</div></li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Skills</b></div><ul><li><div>
Familiarity with coffee machines or basic barista skills.</div></li><li><div>
Experience managing office kitchens or pantry programs.</div></li><li><div>
