Overview
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Social Media and Content, the Manager of Social Media will be responsible for the management and growth of the organization's presence on Social Media: briefing engaging content, building a strong community, and driving brand awareness and engagement.
This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to create compelling and storytelling-led content that resonates with target and untapped audiences.
The selected candidate will have strong organization and communication skills, an eye for digital content, and a passion for trends / internet culture.
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:
Social Media Strategy and Planning:<ul><li>
Support the Senior Manager, Social Media to execute a comprehensive strategy and campaign planning, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, for Instagram and TikTok platforms.</li><li>
Lead secondary channel strategy and execution to support cross-functional messaging.</li><li>
Identify target audiences, key messages, and optimal social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>
Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.</li><li>Social-Led 360 Digital Content Calendar:</li></ul><ul><li>
In partnership with the Senior Manager, Social Media and Content, oversee the daily maintenance of David Yurman&rsquo;s 360 digital content calendar.</li><li>
Oversee Global Content Calendar posting schedule, internal Wireframe and Grid updates including asset and copy management to ensure regular and consistent content delivery.</li></ul>
Content Ideation and Management:<ul><li>
Brief and oversee the development of engaging and viral content for the organization's social channels that aligns with the brand's voice and values in collaboration with marketing and creative.</li><li>
Support Social, Events and PR Teams with Special Projects and Tentpole Event content briefs.</li><li>
Support ongoing content ideation / research for briefing best practices.</li></ul>
Talent &amp; Community Building<ul><li>
Manage talent deliverables, communication, and briefing for Global Brand Ambassadors.</li><li>
Lead community management voice and engagement strategy to grow and nurture a strong and engaged community.</li><li>
Foster two-way communication with Social Media Coordinator, responding to comments and messages, and building relationships with followers.</li><li>
Monitor social platform rends, hashtags, and challenges to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.</li></ul>
Performance Tracking and Analysis:<ul><li>
Monitor and analyze the performance content and campaigns, using key metrics and analytics tools.</li><li>
Provide regular reports and insights on performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</li><li>
Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and maximize engagement and reach.</li></ul>
Cross-Channel Collaboration &amp; Integration:<ul><li>
Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Social Media and Content to ensure a 360 integrated approach to social media campaigns and content.</li><li>
Align content with other brand channels and marketing initiatives to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.</li><li>
Identify high-performing content for paid boosting/whitelisting.</li><li>
Provide presentation support for internal and executive teams.</li><li>
Partner with Finance teams on budget tracking and planning.</li><li>
Own MMM efforts with relevant data and insights for Paid Media team.</li><li>
Stay Updated with Social Media Trends and Features:</li><li>
Create, manage and execute a bi-weekly social newsletter that include latest industry trends, features and platform updates, to share insights with Senior Manager, SVP and CMO.</li><li>
Stay informed on new social media channels as they develop and gain traction, sharing insights with Senior Manager, Social Media and Content.</li><li>
Explore new creative formats, challenges, and strategies to keep the organization's content fresh, relevant, and engaging.</li></ul>
Key Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.</li><li>
4-5 years of experience in social media management, luxury social media a plus.</li><li>
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.</li><li>
Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative content ideas.</li><li>
Excellent understanding of social media analytics and the ability to derive insights for optimizing content strategies.</li><li>
Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation apps.</li><li>
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.</li><li>
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>
Passion for social media and staying updated with the latest industry trends and platforms.</li></ul>

Estimate Salary Range: $90,000 &ndash; 100,000
Base pay is one component of David Yurman&rsquo;s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.

Supports the Component Procurement and Product Resourcing Team. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, reporting, and problem-solving primarily related to Vendor Management, Delivery tracking, costing analysis and Data integrity.

Responsibilities<ul><li>
 Provide analytical support including data collection and validation. Maintain dashboards for top-line reporting for Manager</li><li>
Maintain reporting tools for Delivery Tracking including Component Shortage Report, New Product Component Log, Backorder tracking, Open Sales Order Report, Daily Open Order reporting.</li><li>
Strong relationship building with members of internal departments including Product Development, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, and Information Technology.</li><li>
Support additional Component Procurement related initiatives as needed.</li><li>
Make productive contributions through talent, knowledge, skill, and good work habits.</li><li>
Collaborate with fellow analysts within the team to understand Business Objects reporting.</li><li>
PLM understanding for Product knowledge for various functionality &ndash; Direct Supply set up, Component Requisition release, Product Resourcing &amp; Ad hoc information research.</li><li>
Assist with creating and maintaining product resourcing cost charts.</li><li>
Create price comparison for existing Finished good vendors and potential ASR vendors</li><li>
Assist with data integrity projects when needed.</li><li>
Weekly Meeting prep assistance when needed</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Strong communication (English written and verbal) skills</li><li>
Proficient Excel skills &ndash; pivot tables, vlookups, etc.</li><li>
Ability to work with reporting tools &ndash; PLM</li><li>
